Head of the Operations Service Division (m/f/d)

As a professional and disciplinary management of your team, you take care of your employees, motivate them and help them develop. Thanks to your experience, you can manage all the issues related to fleet management, facility management, moving management, postal and courier services, archives as well as work security and scanning area and ensure the quality. To do this, plan, control and monitor the costs in the areas of building, communication, as well as occupational safety and fleet. Of course, you also negotiate contract contents with external service companies and ensure that occupational safety regulations are complied with. We also appreciate your good ideas – not only by advancing your own responsibility, but also in projects with which we make our bank sustainable.

You have completed training to/from the bank clerk (w/m/d), complemented by a professional training (bank specialist (w/m/d)) or a completed study in the field of economics. Alternatively, you have a completed training to/from the real estate businesswoman (w/m/d), supplemented with a further education on/to the real estate businessman (w/m/d) or supplemented with an at least four-year professional experience in the building administration. You already have experience in managing a team. Furthermore, you have good knowledge in the field of facility management and are a sovereign, decision-making and communication-strong personality that has a sense of cost and utility to solve problems with the help of its analytical expertise and it estimates to engage with a motivated team for the sustainable, future-oriented development of our country.
