(Associate) Consultant Public Sector (m/f/d)

You participate in evaluations and consulting projects for contracting authorities, in particular federal and state ministries, thereby supporting the effective management and development of programmes and measures You develop indicators and survey instruments such as questionnaires or interview guides, conduct surveys and workshops You analyze data using sound statistical methods or Methods of qualitative social research and key findings for our customers: You prepare results according to target groups, develop concrete recommendations for action and present them confidently before decision makers:in You work independently and take responsibility in project work – from conception to implementation You actively contribute your knowledge to our interdisciplinary team and take on innovative solutions for the public sector

You have interest and passion for current public sector issues You have successfully completed your master's degree in social, economic, administrative or related fields You have very well-founded skills in statistics, econometry and/or qualitative social research You master common software tools such as SPSS, R, MAXQDA or similar programs as well as MS Office and will use them safely You are analytically strong, work structured and independent, and you can accurately prepare and convey complex relationships You are characterized by flexibility, high performance and strong customer orientation German language skills and good English skills are essential for our project work
