Process Manager (m/f/d)

Application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for comprehensive analysis, design, and optimization of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and production processes Achievement of waste and variability reduction, along with efficiency gains, strictly within a regulated compliance framework Leadership of internal enhancement projects (e.g., process streamlining, QMS digital transformation) Management of project timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk mitigation Facilitation of all essential Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) Collaboration with Information Technology (IT) and Engineering for the evaluation and piloting of innovative technologies Leveraging foundational Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts to elevate quality procedures, refine data analytics, and enable routine task automation

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial, Biomedical, Mechanical, etc.) or related technical field Many years in Process Engineering or Agile Project Management, preferably in medical devices Proven experience improving regulatory processes (e.g., value stream mapping) Experience using AI as a collaborative partner Experience leading small, cross-functional projects Agile/Scrum certifications; expertise in Agile, SDLC, Waterfall; strong technology and training focus Proactive problem-solving, servant-leadership with a focus on coaching, excellent English communication/facilitation, familiar with AI/ML concepts 2 days remote work possible
