• to examine the need for assistance for young people with disabilities, to provide integration aids and to accompany them in the context of case control
• Conduct and document case and specialist conferences as well as participation and overall plan discussions
• First consulting
• carry out risk assessments for children and adolescents in stationary facilities and, where appropriate, Initiate protection measures
• advise the General Social Service on risk assessments for children and young people with disabilities
• Maintain network work, especially with service providers

Your qualification:

• a completed degree (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of Social Work/Social Pedagogy with State Recognition as Social Pedagogy/Social Worker (m/w/d) or
• a completed study (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of medical education with state recognition as a medical education (m/w/d) or
• a completed study (Diplom/FH or Bachelor) of pedagogy/education/ childhood education with multiannual professional experience as a social pedagogue/social worker (m/w/d)

In addition, bring:

• a high level of empathy and self-initiative and sense of responsibility
• knowledge of the disabled and the integration aid are desired
• Class B driver's license and the willingness to make your own car for service trips against compensation after the Nds. Use the travel cost regulation
• the willingness to participate in the call of the Youth and Family Office
• German knowledge at level C1
• a non-contributory extended guidance certificate (submission only after approval)
