With around 2,000 employees, the Service Stern Nord GmbH is the largest subsidiary of the UKSH. At the two locations in Kiel and Lübeck, the Service Stern Nord offers a wide range of services for the precise support of the medical care of patients. These include, for example, patient care and home management, as well as services such as sterile treatment of medical devices, security services and patient transport.

This is what awaits you:

• Leadership and development of a team of about 30 employees in the field of hospital cleaning, including guidance, incorporation and instruction of new team members and staff service providers
• Responsibility for operational personnel management, including employee talks, team meetings and preparation of personnel measures
• Operational management and control of the object units in compliance with hospital hygiene requirements
• Operation planning and failure management by SPX utility
• Designing and optimizing processes as well as operational support in case of need

This distinguishes you:

• Completed 3-year vocational training or corresponding experience in the field of domestic affairs
• Quick conception, customer-oriented and polite ways of handling and a pronounced service orientation
• Knowledge of hygiene guidelines and employee management
• Ready for professional training and safe handling of MS Office applications
• Ready to work in changing layers and weekends as well as holidays
