In Adelsdorf (Metropolregion Nuremberg) we are looking for a two-year period with takeover option at the next possible time

You work for our brand Laetitia Natur- und Gesundheitsprodukte and are contact person (m/w/d) for our customer requests via all communication channels (e.g. webshop, telephone or e-mail) from order acquisition to customer retention You enter your customer base independently and develop it further – both our customers and consumers in the D2C business You advise our customers about our products, offers, prices and conditions and always strive to improve the customer experience You create the interface between our customers, the field service and the internal specialist departments You analyze customer behavior and derive impulses from it

You already have several years of professional experience in customer contact, at best in the D2C area with your own webshop - talking to customers is your passion You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You are a fan of natural and health products You work process-oriented and develop ideas to optimize and modernise our processes together in the team (e.g. AI) You know the sales perspective of ERP and customer management systems
