Ensuring the smooth state of building and electronic equipment by proactive repair and maintenance according to current regulations Inspections, maintenance, testing and repairs, including systematic troubleshooting Self-employed and customer-oriented troubleshooting as well as continuous optimization of operations in the objects Implementation and documentation of professional testing on site-changeable and stationary installations according to DGUV 3

Successfully completed technical training as an electronics company, energy plant electronics company, electronics company for energy and building technology, electrical installer or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in the field of technical building management Customer-oriented and dedicated working methods combined with a high level of team capability and reliability Good knowledge of German (at least level B2) and a valid class B driving licence
