For Product Development Enterprise & Industry, we are looking for you as a group manager at one of our locations in Berlin, Leipzig or Kirchheim near Munich.

As a group manager, you take the professional and disciplinary responsibility for our Quality Assurance Enterprise & Industry (QAE). Together with your team, you will ensure that the software supplied by our development teams meets the highest quality, safety and performance requirements – while enabling efficient release cycles.

You continuously develop the quality assurance strategy, develop automated test procedures and ensure transparent processes, clear KPIs and sustainable improvements: Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of your team Responsibility for personnel and resource planning and budget management Planning, coordination and control of all test activities (integration, system, acceptance, regression, performance) Construction and scaling of automated test frameworks including CI/CD integration Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements Introduction and development of tools, methods and best practices Combining architecture decisions and technology roadmaps Control of projects by agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Monitoring relevant KPIs (e.g. throughput times, error rates, team performance) and reporting to management Close cross-group cooperation – in particular with development teams Accompanying internal audits and ensuring a comprehensible test documentation Multiplier for Information Security, IT Compliance and Data Protection

Complete university studies of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams Knowledge of Test Automation and CI/CD Pipelines Safe handling of test management tools, git and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Basic knowledge of programming languages for test scripting Experience with JIRA/Confluence and modern development environments Strong quality and safety awareness Analytical, process-oriented thinking as well as structured and independent working Communication strength across hierarchy and domain boundaries Enforcement, decision-making and high implementation competence Embossed business understanding German language skills (min.
