Senior Consultant (m/w/d) für KYC & Client Lifecycle Management You have the operational daily business around business partner management as well as account and depot topics. You take over the onboarding of new business partners taking into account the customer-due diligence process, from information acquisition to transfer to DZ BANK's IT systems. You ensure a smooth running of the KYC process and are responsible for the accuracy of the business partner data in compliance with the regulatory and legal provisions. You manage the entire account and depot, from the opening to the full implementation of changes. You act in close cooperation with our corporate customer service providers as well as the central customer management and agree with our compliance experts if necessary. You actively engage in projects and contribute to the continuous development and optimization of our processes. The place is limited until 30.11.2027.

A completed bank or office business training, ideally complemented by an economic study Multiannual professional experience in sales support and direct customer business Ideal experience in corporate customer business and/or in the KYC environment Good banking knowledge (e.g. in the compliance field) and knowledge of the regulatory framework of banks Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP Very good German and good English in word and writing
