You can move a lot with us. In your 3-year dual study, you alternately go through the theoretical and practical phases and are qualified for a leadership role in sales at PENNY. You acquire sound business knowledge at the Baden-Württemberg Dual University (DHBW) in Heilbronn – we take the tuition fees for you. You gain knowledge of market processes, product disposition, sales activities, auditing activities and logistics processes. You are in use in various PENNY markets and sales services and gain valuable insights into the daily business. You work in a strong team and make first experiences in the team leadership.

You can become part of our team. You've got your Abitur or the High School qualification and you're passionate about the business happening at PENNY. You ideally have first work experiences in the field of trade. You are characterized by a safe and self-confident appearance and has a pronounced communication capability. You score through your enforcing and your organizational talent.
