Part-time Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Payroll: You are responsible for the monthly billing of charges and, through the care of all billing-relevant data, ensure a correct and timely settlement. Certificates & Personnel Administration: You will begin certifications, proofs, notifications and other personal documents and take over general administrative activities within our HR area. Time recording: Our time tracking system is in good hands with you. You enter the operational care and work on all topics related to the time economy. Projects & Processes: You actively contribute to HR projects and participate in the optimization and further development of our administrative processes. Other topics: You want to gain insights beyond the Payroll area and introduce yourself? Topics such as occupational safety, health management or other personnel topics offer you the opportunity to actively shape your area of work.

Payroll expertise: You bring multi-year professional experience in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge in social security and tax law. In short, you know what you do. HR experience: You could already gain experience in administrative personnel topics and bring interest in general HR processes. Systems & tools: The safe handling of MS Office is of course for you. In addition, you have experience in handling HR systems and work quickly into new applications. Working style: You work independently, carefully and structured. Working at the same time – but not a must.
