As a planning manager, you take responsibility for the planning and control of outdoor facilities – from quarters and campus developments to industrial and logistics locations to civil infrastructure projects. In interdisciplinary teams, you develop lively, climate-responsive outdoor spaces and actively contribute your expertise to modern planning methods. Become part of our planning teams and design future-oriented outdoor facilities at one of our locations in Stuttgart, Munich, Frankfurt, Berlin or Hamburg. Responsibility for exciting national and international open-air projects, from municipalities to industry Independent planning and project management of outdoor facilities (e.g. outdoor facilities, places, paths, green and planting areas) in the performance phases 1-7 according to HOAI Conception and visualization of planting plans and creation of structured planting lists taking into account location conditions and design criteria Active cooperation in the preparation and implementation of tenders, the preparation of tenders and award processes and in cost management Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with expert: in the areas of traffic planning, media planning and architecture Coordination and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants

Complete study of landscape architecture, landscape planning, outdoor planning or a comparable qualification At least five years of relevant professional experience in open-air planning according to HOAI, ideally with responsibility for subprojects or own projects Knowledge of the relevant technical and legal regulations in the open-air planning Ready for 3D-assisted planning and safe handling of AutoCAD Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English for cooperation in international projects Impressed communication skills, customer-oriented and solution-oriented actions as well as a structured, independent and team-oriented approach
