Your tasks:

• Implementation of small repairs (e.g. on training equipment, furniture, sanitary facilities)
• Monitoring and control of technical installations (ventilation, heating, lighting)
• Coordination and support of external craft firms -Exterior amenities (e.g. parking, green areas) -Support for rebuilding measures or events -General housekeeping activities and cleaning tasks as required

• Craft skills and technical understanding -experience as a master or in a craftsmanship of advantage
• Reliable, independent and careful operation -Friendly appearance to members and colleagues -Providing flexible working hours (also on weekends)
