Technical management and control of an operating team Development of quality standards and processes for operation, maintenance and repair Planning of the maintenance process (inspection, maintenance, repair, improvement/renewal), ensuring the actuality of the maintenance data in the CAFM system Voting with the benefitees and the construction administration Participation in consultations and consultations

Leading processing of construction measures (project responsibility) Development of tenders for planning offices and design companies Monitoring of construction measures Implementation of construction measures with construction administrations

Qualification: Completed technical (special)higher education (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the areas of commissioning, service and operation of electrical installations Expertise in the field of medium and low voltage systems and USV systems current and relevant knowledge of legal and administrative provisions and standards/ guidelines, including HOAI, VOB, BauO, DIN, VDI, VOL, BetrSichV, DGUV and accident prevention regulations Experience in the technical management and handling of CAFM systems is desirable Ability and willingness to acquire basic knowledge in other TGA areas and to work across teams Founded PC knowledge in standard operating systems and applications such as Microsoft Office Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Skill for team-oriented action, critique, social competence Good judgment combined with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility readiness for the extended safety check with safety determinations according to § 10 SÜG (Safety Examination Act) Special note: The prerequisite for the job placement is the successful extended safety review according to the Security Audit Act (SÜG), into which the spouse/living partner(s) is also included.
