Implementation of intelligent optimization algorithms for automated disposition of service orders Integration of real-time data, geoinformation systems and traffic data into planning logic Structure of scalable backend systems for real-time disposition of large amounts of data Cooperation with product management and service processes to continuously improve the solution

Technical skills Knowledge of algorithmic and combinatorial optimization Experience with mathematical optimization (e.g. MIP, heuristics, Constraint Solving) and calculation of relevant KPIs knowledge of tour and route planning, ideally with GIS integration Practical experience with optimization libraries such as Google OR tools, OptaPlanner or Gurobi Safe in handling modern backend technologies (e.g. Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST APIs, NodeJS, TypeScript) Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) as well as cluster technologies and distributed systems Additional qualifications Knowledge of Field Service Management, Logistics or Disposition Trusted with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes Knowledge of real-time data processing (e.g. Kafka, Stream Processing) Agile's work with Scrum and Coding Principles are not foreign words Soft skills Structured thinking, analytical understanding and rapid understanding Self-responsible work and high solution competence Team orientation and readiness for interdisciplinary cooperation We require very good German and English knowledge...or you speak fluently English and are willing to learn German?
