So your day looks like • With empathy and humour you create a reliable daily routine of the inhabitants and promote social participation • As a reference manager, you develop individual accompanying plans for residents, identify individual needs, interests and potentials • Individually you care for the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents - always with the aim of maximising self-determination • With a lot of time for real relationship work, you shape everyday life and leisure, explore the social space and organize excursions • You support the development of personal assistance networks, accompany doctoral and administrative appointments and implement individual participation plans • You work closely with our colleagues in the group, relatives and our experts who support you at work
