Weekly control of the deliveries provided for collection, identification of incidental or longer open processes and coordination of the necessary follow-up measures with the team. Examination and recording of internal orders according to defined requirements as well as voting for missing or unclear information in the SAP. Structured storage and archiving of order and export related documents according to the applicable export and quality specifications. Examination and preparation of open residues as well as support in updating overviews and tracking the respective processing status. Qualification, testing and forwarding of incoming international requests to the relevant contact persons

Continuous studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics, International Business or a comparable subject Secure knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Careful, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and team skills in dealing with different contact persons Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
