Guided tour of the main book, processing of accounts, periodicals, delimitation and resettlement accounts Monitoring and balancing of consolidated accounts and voting of intra-group bookings and receivables settlement of payment transactions by operating arrangements, including in foreign currencies Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts incl. Assessments, valuations, provisions and demarcations taking into account legal and economic aspects Creation of sales tax pre-registrations, tax returns and notifications to authorities Application and supervision of guarantees for our customers, including coordination with banks and internal departments Planning and management of liquidity, including short- and medium-term liquidity planning and monitoring of the flow of payment Cooperation in project controlling: monitoring and controlling project budgets, cost control and reporting in the context of projects, analysis of deviations and support in compliance with project objectives Ensuring compliance with SOX requirements (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), participation in the implementation and monitoring of internal control systems and support in audits and compliance audits Participation in the optimization of processes and systems

Completed commercial training with additional qualification (e.g. balance sheet account holder in IHK or Dipl. farmer in FH) Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting, ideally with experience in corporate and liquidity planning Knowledge of HGB, Tax Law and Business Methods Secure handling of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and structured working Communication strength and team capacity Self-responsible work and scope for action in part-tasks Already existing SOX identifiers (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) are expressly desired and are preferably taken into account Experience in project controlling Ready for continuous development and participation in process optimization Flowing English skills complete your profile
