Leadership of a team from commercial employees:inside Responsibility for compiling monthly and annual financial statements in close coordination with the technical group management and the construction lines Commercial support of our construction projects and support in business issues Participation in the design and testing of commercial framework conditions during acquisition and follow-up processing ensuring the proper collection and testing of hours of wages and non-wage costs; managing and monitoring guarantees and other commercial securities; Processing and tracking of damages maintenance of permanent contracts, lease obligations and other contractual agreements; the implementation of general commercial activities and the processing of current correspondence  Takeover of special project-related and administrative tasks Contact person:in for all commercial matters within the group

Successfully completed commercial training or an economic study Multiannual professional experience in the commercial sector, ideally in the construction industry Experience in accounting and the creation of monthly and annual accounts leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility for a team Self-employed, structured and responsible work Secure appearance as well as pronounced communication and team skills
