Enpal develops integrated energy solutions for private households and inter alia combines heat pumps, photovoltaics, power storage and intelligent energy control to form an overall system. As an engineer in Germany-wide use, after installation, you will ensure that heat pumps work reliably and solve technical problems directly with the customer. You address customers with technical problems after the installation of their heat pump and are on site the competent contact person for a fast and reliable solution. You analyze disturbances in heat pump systems, find the cause of error and perform necessary repairs and troubleshootings independently with the customer. You carry out regular maintenance work on heat pumps and ensure that the systems work reliably and efficiently in the long term.

Practical experience with heat pumps and good technical understanding of the functioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of the systems. Self-employed, reliable and solution-oriented operation as well as a friendly and professional appearance at the customer. Driving licence class B and willingness to Germany-wide customer operations with a travel readiness of about 1–3 days per week.

Service vehicle from your doorstep: In travel-intensive activities, you will be provided with a service vehicle that you take home. From there you start directly to your customer operations; a private use is not provided. Driving time is working time: Your journeys are part of the nationwide customer missions as working hours – a clear advantage in an activity with regular travel readiness.
