For further professionalization of pay processes and HR administration, we are looking for a team leader Payroll (m/w/d).

As Teamleiter Lohn & Payroll (m/w/d) you take over the professional management of the 4-person team in the pay bill. Exciting the task: Designing the topic of remuneration Proactively participate in projects such as the standardization in the area of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits. They resort to a modern IT infrastructure, group-wide standardized HR software and a motivated team.

For this task, we will address you with experience in the areas of payroll - payroll - payroll and salary billing. Active participation in the further development or Digitization of HR Processes Execution of monthly pay bill including pre- and post-processing along with your 4-person payroll team Responsibility of over 1,000 billing cases per month Internal and external contact person (m/w/d) for all topics relevant to pay together with your team Active cooperation with HR, Financial Accounting, Controlling and IT departments

Graduated commercial training - e.g. as an industrial businessman, human resource businessman, gladly with further training as a staff specialist (m/w/d) or economic studies Experience in payroll - Payroll - wage and salary Knowledge of wage and income tax and labour law Practical implementation in the optimization of HR processes and workflows are advantageous Safe handling of HR software and pay billing systems, for example P&I Loga, DATEV, SAP High level of reliability, teamability and discretion
