You support the technical operating manager SHK in the operational control of the site and actively participate in the further development of the SHK area You coordinate and accompany daily order processing You support the professional management of commercial employees in the daily operating business In coordination with the Technical Operations Manager SHK, monitor and analyze performance, productivity and cost indicators and manage corresponding improvement measures You identify optimization potentials in maintenance processes and processes and actively contribute to increasing productivity, quality and customer satisfaction You help to ensure economic and customer-oriented order processing You accompany the further development of employees and promote a performance-oriented team culture You support the implementation of group-wide standards, processes and quality requirements
