You’ll start and give blog posts on technical topics You are researching yourself and actively approaching our technical staff to gather relevant information and expertise for your content You help us continuously expand our Knowledge Base and keep existing articles up to date You prepare customer projects in clear documents and presentation documents You support us in explaining complex technical relationships in a comprehensible way and translate them into a clear, structured language You are opting for existing content in terms of comprehensibility, quality and topicality You support our support in everyday business

You are studying technical communication, media informatics or a similar subject. Students of communication science with technical interest are also welcome Embossed technical understanding and interest in IT topics Joy in writing and a very good voice feeling Ability to prepare complex technical issues in a comprehensible and targeted manner Independent, structured and careful operation Communication strength and willingness to actively address colleagues in order to obtain information Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1), good knowledge of English is advantageous Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
