Blasting technician (m/f/d)

You are the responsible and empowered person according to § 21 SprengG and brings your experience in dealing with explosive substances You carry your own explosives including Preparation, ignition and reprocessing in quarries through You carry out fracture wall measurements to create digital models for the planning of explosives and plan software-assisted blasting installations and take into account geological and safety aspects You are responsible for the organisation and control of drilling and blasting operations in compliance with legal and operational requirements You take over the professional guidance and guidance of detonators as well as the coordination of workflows You are responsible for the optimization of blasting techniques to increase efficiency and improve the quality of the lift Your tasks include the creation and management of explosive documentation according to SprengG and internal guidelines, the development of risk assessments for all relevant activities, and the development and monitoring of technical and economic indicators in the field of explosive technology You ensure the reliable and timely supply of explosives and blasted raw rock production You are responsible for carrying out and evaluating vibration measurements and compiling the associated reports

Successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of mining, geotechnical engineering, construction or comparable Multiannual professional experience in raw or building materials production desirable Certificate of qualification according to § 20 SprengG Knowledge of relevant regulations (SprengG, SprengV, BetrSichV, BBergG) Experience in carrying out risk assessments and vibration measurements Technical understanding of geological relationships and explosive effects Safe handling of planning and surveying software Class 3 driving licence (or class B) Experience in employee management and management of external service providers Structured, solution-oriented operation as well as high sense of responsibility and reliability Ready to work outdoors and under changing conditions Your field of application includes our locations in the Südhessen area between Groß-Bieberau and Unter-Widdersheim.
