• Responsibility for the assignment of non-standard components using PTO tool

• Care of dispositive material master data in SAP

• Transfer of planning orders to production orders taking into account capacities and deadlines

• Ensuring the availability of materials in the E-Muster and in the new start process

• Monitoring and compliance of relevant dates along the process chain

• coordination of appointments and capacities with manufacturing managers to ensure smooth operations

• Communication with internal interfaces (construction, internal customers)

• Design and further development of the existing processes by means of CVP

• Representation of the task area with internal interfaces and contact persons

• Completed commercial or technical training with specialist training – for example to the specialist (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Required knowledge in production and logistics processes, as well as method knowledge about disposition and planning processes

• Ability to structured analysis and rapid penetration of complex relationships in the production environment

• Sovereign coordination with different disciplines and clear communication in challenging voting situations

• Secure handling of SAP and MS Office applications

• Very good German knowledge (at least level B2) and good English knowledge in word and writing
