cross-project coordination of contract and claim management on- and offshore energy transition projects Development of contract standards, including their continuous improvement / further development in close coordination with the internal project participants Preparation and implementation of contract creation in the course of tender procedures Implementation and coordination of contract and claim negotiations in close coordination with the relevant internal teams Control and documentation of the contract-compliant project execution in cooperation with the internal departments detailed analysis of contracts concluded and concluded and evaluation of the opportunities and risks arising from the respective contractual relationship and implementation of Lessons Learned from the contract and claim management perspective Developing contract and claim management strategies to implement the rights and obligations arising from the contracts and deriving Lessons Learned Enforcement of legitimate or Defence of unauthorized claims and their partnership negotiations with the external contractual partners
