Demand Manager (m/f/d)

As a central interface between different departments, you will ensure the coordination of customer demand and production capacities. You guide and optimize the entire demand forecasting process for short, medium and long-term planning at the location. You control the S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning) to ensure an optimal balance between demand, stock management and production planning. You are the primary contact for customers in all questions of demand, including the transmission of forecasts and changes. You evaluate historical data and current market trends to continuously increase the precision of demand forecasts. You act as coordinator and communicator of demand changes or potential risks for the cross-functional teams.

Your expertise in supply chain is the key to success in this role: You bring a successfully completed Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering, chemical engineering, supply chain or IT. You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the supply chain sector, ideally in an SAP environment. You master the English language fluently in word and writing. You have excellent user knowledge in SAP (especially MM, PP, SD, CRM) as well as in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). You are characterized by strong communication skills, a service-oriented way of thinking and experience in project management.
