As a machine operator (m/w/d) in the machine operation, in a structured working environment, you ask that the process in the production run round. In this role you combine practical work, a good eye for quality and a reliable look at the process.

• You serve production machines and make sure that the processes run clean and safe.
• When setting up, monitoring and refilling the plants, you keep the process in mind.
• You can check finished parts or products on quality and recognize vulnerabilities at an early stage.
• You can report simpler disturbances or deviations directly and respond to clear specifications.
• Order and cleanliness at work are just as important for you as a responsible handling of materials and technology.
• In production, you work closely with the team and arrange for a smooth process.

We are looking for

If you like to work practically, you are attentive and feel comfortable in a vibrant production environment. The entry is particularly attractive for people with first professional experience, but also for motivated cross-comers with readiness to learn.

• First experience in production, machine operation or a similar area is helpful, but no need.
• You work carefully, reliably and keeps concentration even in recurring tasks.
• Technical understanding and safe handling of simple workflows are advantageous.
• The team's work is fun, and you're open to new tasks.
• The agreed working time fits your everyday life, and you can plan different layer models well.
• You bring the willingness to work on you and learn work processes step by step.
