Number: MER0003V4K Rastatt provides guidance to managers and employees in dealing with professional and personal challenges and supports the development of specific solutions. It belongs to Health and Safety. Your tasks include: Comprehensive social-administrative and administrative activities such as appointment coordination, documentation of consultancy activities and support in mediation in medical treatments

Cooperation with internal cooperation partners and external bodies

Cooperation in the development and implementation of measures and concepts, for example for management training, workshops

Information management of various topics e.g. via intra-group platforms (Social Intranet)

From March to September 2026, you will complete your internship at the Health & Safety team at the Rastatt plant.

Study programme in the field of social work/social pedagogy, psychology or a comparable study programme

Safe German and English in Word and Writing

Secure handling of MS Office (including Power Point, Word, Excel)

Joy in dealing with people, organizational talent

Self-employment, communication and cooperation

High level of commitment, flexibility and creativity
