For a high-growth, owner-managed company with 2,000 employees and a long tradition in the technical environment, we are looking for a junior analyst with Focus Controlling & BI (m/w/d) on behalf of our client in an indefinite setting at Frankfurt am Main.

Location: Frankfurt am Main

You analyze sales and project data, recognize patterns and develop concrete basis for the management. You convert your analysis into Power BI - with visual dashboards, clear KPIs and automated reports. You support the development of a company-wide metric keypit with a focus on transparency and comparability. You are involved in unifying reporting structures across different locations. You present results in direct exchange with management and operational units.

Complete studies in the field of economics with a focus on controlling or finance, as an alternative to a completed study in the field of (economic) informatics with a focus on data science, business intelligence or business analytics. First practical experience with a business intelligence tool, reporting or KPI development - e.g. in the internship, work studies or career entry. Analytical thinking, structured working methods and a sense of entrepreneurship. Very good Excel knowledge, ideally first touch points with databases or data warehousing. readiness to travel within Germany (1-2 days a month) and driving licence class B.
