As Head of Accounting, you take responsibility for the entire financial and accounting system of wvgw mbH and conduct a professional and disciplinary employee in accounting. Financial security: Own-sponsored creation of the annual accounts according to HGB and responsibility for the entire ongoing accounting (debitors, creditors, property accounts). Tax & reporting: timely creation of sales tax forecasts as well as tax and statistical reports. Sparring partners for management: support in financial planning and forecasting as well as the creation of meaningful BWAs, reporting and accounting. Audit management: Accompanying audits and direct contact for auditors. Process design: Continuous further development and digital optimization of processes in accounting. Special Accounting: Professional settlement and creation of complex license settlements Administration & Personnel: Responsibility for preparing wage accounting and coordination of insurance and fleet matters.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance/invoicing or a commercial training with further training on the audited account holder (IHK). Experience: You bring together several years of well-founded practical professional experience in financial accounting and were ideally already active in a (deputy) management function. Expertise: You are absolutely secure according to HGB and have sound knowledge of the current tax law (in particular sales tax). IT-Affinity: The safe handling of common ERP systems (if necessary MS Dynamics) as well as excellent Excel knowledge are of course for you. Ideally, you have already accompanied digitalization projects in accounting.
