You continuously design, implement and develop e-learnings for the employees and managers of our company, on topics such as compliance, HR, tools, processes and customer care You prepare the content mediendidactic for different target groups, through storyboards, prototypes and final e-learning modules You produce various learning media, such as videos and interactive e-learnings, focusing on clear visuals, brand consistency and user-friendliness You work closely with internal stakeholders, perform requirement analyses, first prototypes and accompany feedback cycles You're puggling and running the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and the Learning Management System (LMS) operationally, including publications, reporting and support Ensure the quality and measure the effectiveness, for example through feedback and transfer, and advance AI and automation approaches to the professionalization and efficiency enhancement of the Learning Lifecycle by developing new technologies evaluate and integrierst as well as standardized processes
You have a degree in media and education management, media teaching, media education/design, instructional design, e-learning, communication design or a comparable qualification You bring 2-4 years of professional experience in Instructional Design / E‐Learning, ideally in the IT/Tech environment You have excellent knowledge of design and video creation and are safe to use Articulate Storyline, Vyond and Camtasia or comparable tools You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and have the ability to convey complex content according to target groups and clearly You work structured, independent and service-oriented, and you are passionate about developing learning cultures and digital learning processes
