The project includes earth construction, (cable) management construction and road construction, and covers a project volume in the multi-digit million area. Construction management on a complex large-scale project in infrastructure construction Leadership and coordination of a team of professional staff + NUs as well as technical support in project execution Ensuring compliance with deadline, cost and quality requirements Active coordination with contracting entities, authorities and other project participants Monitoring the implementation of safety standards and compliance with all legal requirements Control and control of subcontractors and suppliers including contract and follow-up management

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification First experience in civil engineering construction (road construction, pipeline construction, gala construction, earth construction, etc.) The ability to motivate interdisciplinary teams and manage them efficiently Organisational capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability Entrepreneurial thinking and negotiation skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
