Care and advice of employees in all personal business matters Responsible for the entire recruitment process - from the call to the interview Accompanying onboarding and successful integration of new settings Preparatory pay/content accounting taking into account the statutory and tariff requirements Support in the coordination of training and training measures Personnel administration (representation of work contracts and certificates, certification, maintenance of personal files, etc.) Evaluation of key figures in the context of personnel controlling and reporting to the area management

Completed commercial training, a study with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification Experience in the care and advice of employees Basic knowledge of labour law and/or the preparation of wage and salary accounting Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as very good German knowledge required in word and writing High communicative and social competence, coupled with empathy and service orientation High sense of responsibility, great reliability, loyalty and discretion
