Workshop support: You prepare customer workshops and presentations, carry them through and take care of the preparation, so you get valuable insights into real consulting processes. Process analysis: You analyze, evaluate and optimise business processes together with experienced colleagues: in this way you make automation potential visible. Concept development: You are involved in the development of automation concepts, such as RPA, low code, agentic AI or workflow automation. Search & Strategy: You carry out research, create materials and support strategic topics for automation and digital transformation. Project Management: You support project and stakeholder management and help to advance projects in a structured and successful manner.

You complete an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL with Digitization Focus or Similar Degrees Ideally, you already have practical experience in the IT or consulting environment You are characterized by communicative strength, a professional appearance and joy in working with different contact persons You bring a basic understanding of IT architectures, processes and business models First touch points with automation tools, low-code platforms or AI technologies are a plus You have already proven that you work structured, have great readiness to learn and can work independently You bring very good knowledge of German and English and are ready for occasional business trips within Germany
