The establishment in Brilon is part of the Charleston Group and hosts 106 people in need of care. Together with your colleagues you accompany the residents through their everyday life in our institution. Our services at Haus Brilon include full-time care, short-term care, prevention care, dementia care and care for the most needy of care.

How to Make

• You prepare food for the residents in compliance with the hygiene rules and internal standards
• You will see how the menus are created, including the wishes of the residents
• The professional storage of food and goods is also part of your tasks
