Support and development of relationships with correspondence banks and financial institutions Expansion of the FI network with focus on European and Turkish banks Regular customer appointments and identification of new cooperation possibilities Support for treasury in funding via FI channels Monitoring and control of FI-Limits in coordination with credit risk Supporting the allocated FI portfolio including sales and earnings targets Monitoring of transaction volume and customer activities Profitability and performance analysis across FI relationships Support for price decisions Contribution to optimising profitability and earnings growth Coordination of FI applications and credit checks Ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements Management of onboarding and relevant documentation Close cooperation with AML, Operations, Risk and other business areas Contact person for FI-related topics across bank

Higher education in finance, economics or a related area At least 5–8 years of experience in financial institutions or correspondence banking Funded understanding of trade finance products, cross-border payments & correspondence banking processes and FI credit and limit structures Knowledge of the Turkish banking sector is advantageous Embossed commercial thinking, ability to generate business Analytical and solution-oriented operation Understanding risk/income dynamics Effective communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment English fluent (Pflicht), very good Turkish knowledge, German of advantage
