Trainee Retail Management – September 1, 2026 (m/f/d)

As a trainee in retail management, you will be specifically prepared for a specialist or leadership career with direct customer contact and international environment in our 18-month program. You take early responsibility, actively shape retail experiences and rekindle our customers. During your trainee program, you will be mainly used at national and international airport retail locations (e.g. Frankfurt, Copenhagen or Sydney) and will learn about our business from the Pike. You take your own projects with responsibility, master diverse challenges in Germany and abroad, and run further stations at the headquarters in Hamburg as well as at central interfaces, for example in our logistics centers. You create unforgettable shopping experiences, enthusiastic travelers and develop them to loyal customers. You are the first contact person for customers and employees, meet decisions and make pragmatic, effective solutions in the daily business. You are questioning the status quo, driving innovations in retail and raising customer service and employee satisfaction to the next level.

Your job is demanding. That is why we are also interested in the selection of our trainees. That is why we wish: A completed bachelor's degree or comparable training, for example in retail or in a customer-oriented environment. Very good knowledge of German and English; another foreign language is a plus. Real passion for retail & sales: You like to be on the surface, join us and want to move something together with your team.
