Building Services Engineer for Technical Controlling (m/f/d)

You take over the technical controlling of exciting and technically demanding building projects – especially for contractors – and lead them to success together with an experienced team: Assessment of concepts for the cost-effectiveness and sustainability of technical installations Developing strategies for project realisation of technical installations with all project participants Examination of planning for compliance with quality and cost objectives Examination of performance registers for compliance with the definitions of cost calculations Date and cost management

Complete study of technical building equipment, building and energy engineering, utility technology, hospital operating technology, electrical engineering or comparable disciplines Long-term professional experience in planning / realization, ideally from performance phase 5 Solid expertise Experience in contracting (VOB/C) Secure appearance, organizational talent and communication strength Structured working and analytical thinking Joy of teamwork and independent work
