As Senior Marketing Manager Retail Media (Human) you are a key person in our team. Together with a small team and with your expertise, you are a strategic customer in the area of Commerce Retail Media and contributes significantly to the growth and visibility of its brands. The following tasks await you: You take over the strategic customer management for one of our major customers in the retail media environment, including global communication and coordination with international stakeholders. You are responsible for the planning, creation and operational optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns (sponsored ads and DSP) for this customer. You develop and implement additional retail media advertising measures on platforms of important retailers, such as dm and Rossmann. You will start campaign evaluations and analyses, derive concrete optimization approaches and carry out regular reviews with the customer. You are responsible for assigned media budgets, including their control, planning and reporting. By participating in different internal projects, you have the opportunity to actively shape our agency and the development of the commerce area.

You have relevant professional experience in retail media or performance marketing with a clear focus on Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads and DSP. You have experience in working with tools like Pacvue (alternative Skai/Kenshoo); ideally also with Helium10. You have well-founded knowledge in campaign management and optimization, in the development of annual strategies as well as in reporting and data analysis. Embossed experience in customer management and the guidance of tasks within a small team You think analytically and have an excellent figure understanding. With high professionalism, you also present complex facts in a comprehensible way. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
