You guide the business security department with a total of approx. 4-5 employees and a field of security management. Together with your team, you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous development of security concepts for sites, plants and critical infrastructures. Implementation of risk and vulnerability analyses. derivation, prioritisation and implementation of appropriate safety measures. Establishment and operation of an integrated company security management system. Implementation and monitoring of requirements from KritisDG and other relevant regulations. Conception and implementation of measures for sabotage and spy protection. Analysis of safety-relevant events and derivation of prevention measures. Control of internal and external communication in security incidents. Continuous monitoring of relevant threats (e.g. geopolitical, security-relevant). Assessment of risks and derivation of strategic recommendations for management and management. Contact person for authorities (e.g. police, constitutional protection, BBK). Coordination and cooperation with other KRITIS operators.

a completed responsibilities-related high/university study of the field of security management, engineering, law, administrative sciences or comparable qualifications. Multiannual relevant professional and management experience in the field of corporate or KRITIS security, ideally in Berlin. Finded knowledge in the KRITIS environment, ideally KritisDG. Experience in physical safety, BCM, emergency and crisis management. Very good understanding of security risks, protection concepts and regulatory requirements.
