Part-time (20 hours), Langenfeld

You are active by telephone contacting our existing and new customers After trade fairs and similar events, contact our leads for the purpose of contact management and follow-up of offers In addition, you agree appointments for our customers with our (Key) Account Managers and forward information to our internal sales staff The documentation of the discussions and care of the customer database is carried out in our CRM system General office activities are also part of your routine tasks

You are registered:r Student:in (w/m/d), each subject is welcome You have good MS Office skills and have worked with ERP and CRM systems as you wish. You are interested in sales activities and pleasure in contact with customers Hands-on mentality, communication strength and self-responsibility are of course for you You draw your attention through a structured and independent way of working You are open to new and digital solutions and you want to work with us to optimize our processes We are team players and are looking for a team member who also places great emphasis on teamwork and on which we can absolutely rely With your knowledge of German, you can communicate well in word and writing
