Housekeeping Manager for the St. Elisabeth Senior Citizens' Home (m/f/d)

You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the domestic team and are responsible, e.g. the predictive service and holiday planning. You control the workflows of the domestic industry and ensure the proper cleaning of the equipment and the food and beverage supply of the residents (m/w/d). You ensure compliance with all relevant legal and internal hygiene and safety regulations and actively promote the further development of domestic processes and standards. You participate in the organisation and implementation of organisational or residential events and events and actively maintain contact with the residents and their relatives.

You have completed training as a state-tested domestic worker (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of practical professional experience in the field of domestic/cleaning – ideally also in a leading function. You communicate safely in German (min. C1 level). You have good knowledge of the planning, control and optimization of workflows and already have experience in creating schedules in the shift model. You maintain an appreciative and empirical approach, are characterized by a pronounced social competence and understand the motivation of a team. You act responsibly, perform confidently and professionally and are ready to support your team also through active cooperation.

Income and social benefits: Attractive monthly gross salary according to DRK Tariff of EUR 3.260.64 up to EUR 3.711.101, special annual payment of 100 % of the basic monthly salary, grant to benefits in terms of assets, offer of an occupational pension scheme.
