Support the Executive Board in the strategic development. Generate visions of the future and innovative ideas. Analyze and evaluate general market trends in the chemical environment as well as the relevance of megatrends to give strategic recommendations. Develop strategies to expand our value chains to generate additional benefits for our products. Check our product portfolio with regard to additional capabilities and identify safety-relevant products. Analyze our portfolio on SVHC candidates and identify alternatives for SVHC products. Develop concepts for the role of Alzchem in CO2 avoidance and implement them. Identify potential acquisitions, partnerships or investments by scouting start-ups and innovative technologies. Develop and evaluate new business models, including services. Work closely with R&E, sales and production to coordinate the feasibility and scalability of new ideas at an early stage.
