In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated quality representative in parttime with an hourly rate of about 20 hours a week. The seat of the position is empty. You enter the various locations of Midgard Ems in Leer, Dörpen, Sedelsberg and Alhorn and carry out regular site visits to check quality standards, identify improvement measures and support the implementation facilities. Your main tasks include defining quality and work safety objectives, accompanying their implementation and systematically documenting and documenting the current states and processes. In addition, you plan, organize and accompany internal and external audits and create the necessary documentation and documentation. You regularly analyze relevant quality indicators and take measures to continuously improve processes and processes. In addition, you are working on complaints, carrying out Cause Analysis and, together with the operational management, develop appropriate measures for sustainable improvement. You work closely with the management, the location management and the specialist departments and use the existing systems to ensure smooth information flow and high quality and safety standards.

You bring a completed vocational training with additional qualification in the field of quality management or comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring several years of experience in quality management. The safe handling of QM systems, ideally according to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001, is of course for you. You can control the audit method safely thanks to your practical experience. Your mode of operation is solution-oriented and you are characterized by a structured, independent and conscientious way of working.
