As a machine operator (m/w/d), you are an indispensable support in the production and processing of high-quality metal parts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about precise working and dealing with metal. You will work in a collegial team and help achieve important production goals. • Operating and monitoring of machines and production plants
• Processing and control of metal parts according to requirements
• Implementation of quality controls
• Compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Support of the team for further tasks

To be successful as a machine operator (m/w/d), you should bring basic knowledge and skills that help you to feel comfortable and productive in your new role. In addition to your desire for practical activities, your reliability is extremely important.

• Basic knowledge of metalworking is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary
• Craft skills and interest in technical processes
• Motivation and team skills
• Loadability and willingness to take responsibility
• Willingness to work in shiftwork is a plus
