Start Your Career in Building – Become Jungbauleiter (m/w/d) and create exciting construction projects from the outset! Participation in the control and support of construction projects from the supply phase to the acceptance under the guidance of experienced construction managers Support in ensuring an economical and qualitatively perfect design Participation in work preparation and construction site organization Creation and maintenance of construction schedules as well as support in performance detection Support in follow-up management including recognition and preparation of follow-up potentials Participation in the testing and evaluation of post-contractor offers Support in contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Participation in the processing of warranty defects

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training First practical experience in building, e.g. through internships or student work Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Embossed organisational skills and sense of responsibility High operational readiness, loadability and reliability Teamability, flexibility and communication strength Good knowledge of German in word and writing
