You come from the craftsmanship, know the project business on construction sites and want to take responsibility for an increased company? For our business unit in Hamburg with around 50 employees, of which predominantly industrial employees in the field of industrial insulation and construction fire protection, we are looking for a management personality with technical background and experience in the construction industry. As a location line or Business Unit Manager (m/w/d) Take full technical and commercial responsibility for your business unit and actively contribute to their development. Your tasks include: Operational management of our business unit with around 50 employees and direct responsibility for construction sites, projects, personnel and results Operational management with regard to human, sales and economic development Monitoring and control of all processes according to our general management and cost accounting principles Discipline leadership of employees within the business unit and their further development and qualification Responsibility for all sales, technical and commercial operations in the Business Unit Acquisition and customer support Participation in award negotiations including independent costing, offering and follow-up management

Master, technician, engineer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification with well-founded professional experience in the construction, development or industrial environment Multiannual leadership experience in the artisanal environment, ideally in industrial insulation, fire protection, scaffolding, interior construction, plant construction or a comparable structure Experience in the construction site and project processing as well as in the handling of contractors, customers and commercial teams Good commercial knowledge and understanding of costing, yields and earnings responsibility Representative sales expertise and experience in the acquisition and handling of commissions and packages and the processing of public tenders Hands-on mentality, pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking High presence and joy in the leadership of commercial teams
