• Coordinate all phases of the product development process, from concept idea to production and market launch • Close cooperation with R&D, engineering, production, product, sales and marketing teams to target projects and define results • Create detailed project plans, including timetables, resource planning and risk mitigation strategies • Monitor project progress and performance and report to stakeholders • Conducting “Lessons Learned” and thereby promoting a continuous improvement process

• Completed studies or further education in the field Project management • Practical experience as a project manager, preferably in product development within the ventilation industry • Competence in project management tools and processes • Good English knowledge of word and writing
