You are responsible for the strategic development of the team to achieve the operational performance targets and service-level commitments. Support a collaborative and innovative team culture based on trust and open communication. You strengthen the team through targeted performance management and individual development of the team members. The continuous optimization of the operational processes is your responsibility; with active involvement of the team in decision-making processes. You develop and implement efficient solutions in cooperation with internal departments and external partners. You analyze the team performance using operating KPI's and monitor the effective use of resources and the continuous increase in efficiency. To improve the team performance, you will start detailed reports and make recommendations for management. You take commercial responsibility and continuously improve internal metrics in the field of fault management and insurance processes. To optimize interface processes and achieve business goals, you work proactively with other departments. You are implementing the solution of complex process errors and the introduction of system changes. You make sure that work instructions and knowledge management are continuously updated and relevant by incorporating the team.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a leading position with a strong focus on team management, ideally in leasing, in the mobility industry or in complaint management you bring! Ideally, you have an understanding of the bicycle leasing processes and have experience in handling tools such as Zendesk and MS Office. Success in the development and leadership of powerful teams in challenging and dynamic environments can be demonstrated. You are able to develop a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of the team and to promote a supportive team culture. Your outstanding analytical and creative skills will help you develop innovative solutions and meet operational challenges. You have excellent communication skills in German and English and you can convey ideas and strategies clearly and inspiringly. You are able to effectively prioritise and manage complex tasks and projects. In dealing with relevant systems (e.g. CRM & ERP systems) and technologies for process improvement (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.) you are safe.
